开机无法进入系统出现错误代码0XC000000f

电脑问题：

1. 刚开始是因为user account 被误删，只有administrator,但是没有密码，而进不了Windows 7 professional 系统。

2. 后来按照网上的一些方法恢复，但没有成功. 删除过Config 下的SAM，后来恢复了。

3. 进而进入windows\system32 下更改过Magnify.exe---> Magnify1.exe; cmd.exe---->Magnify.exe.因没有成功进入administrator账号及window界面，然后将Magnify.exe---> cmd.exe; Magnify1.exe---->Magnify.exe.

4. 让一个使用window7系统的朋友做了一个启动U盘，按照提示运行后，系统提示其U盘与我的电脑不匹配。

5. 在重新启动后，出现以下画面和提示：

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.

2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".

3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
