可以按照以下的步骤操作，重新安装 OMEN Command Center。
如果之前已经安装过 OMEN Command Center，需要先卸载掉。
OMEN by HP 15-ce0xx(暗影精灵3)、OMEN by HP 17-an0xx(暗影精灵3Plus)、OMEN by HP 15-ce5xx(暗影精灵3Pro)需要先查看BIOS版本是否是 F.16 或高于 F.16，如果低于 F.16 需要先更新 BIOS 至 F.16 或更高版本。
OMEN by HP 15-dc0xxx(暗影精灵4)、OMEN by HP 17-an1xx(暗影精灵4Plus)、OMEN by HP 15-dc1xxx(暗影精灵4Pro)不需要检查BIOS版本。
1. 开始→设置→更新和安全→Windows更新，检查更新，确认系统已经没有更新需要安装。确认没有使用任何方式尝试禁用Windows Update。
2. 安装 HP System Event Utility

3. 微软应用商店(Microsoft Store) 中安装 OMEN Command Center 的UWP应用。
