在惠普官网下载驱动程序，安装的时候提示“The driver is not supported on this OS version(10.0.19042)”

具体哪个驱动有这个提示？

我可以尝试去找找有没有替换的。

如果是新安装的系统，硬件驱动，个人建议优先联网后使用Windows更新自动安装上。

OMEN Gaming Hub 的安装

1. 开始→设置→更新和安全→Windows更新，检查更新，多点几次，确认系统已经没有更新必须安装。确认没有使用任何方式尝试禁用 Windows Update。Windows Update 中如果有可选的更新，HP开头的需要更新。
2. 微软应用商店 (Microsoft Store) 中安装 HP System Event Utility 的UWP应用。

3. 微软应用商店 (Microsoft Store) 中安装 OMEN Gaming Hub 的UWP应用。

如果已经安装，则需要在Microsoft Store中检查是否有 OMEN Gaming Hub 的更新需要安装。
4. 安装 OMENCC Driver Package

如果遇到提示 Failed to extract cab，说明文件下载有问题，请重新下载，或者更换别的浏览器下载。
两个程序安装后重启电脑再试。
5. 正常情况下，前4步可以完成。如果仍然有问题，不要用360相关的软件(360安全卫士、360杀毒、360安全浏览器、360极速浏览器、360驱动大师、鲁大师、360安全桌面)，电脑管家，金山相关的软件，驱动精灵，驱动人生，净网大师这类软件乱优化，很容易导致 OMEN Gaming Hub 出问题。

大部分驱动安装的时候都有这个提示。

事情是这样：

1、大约一个月前发现笔记本电脑有“第一次开机硬盘风扇正常转，屏幕亮屏但是显示黑色，需要强制关机再开机才能正常进入系统”的问题。

2、于是把电脑里面资料拷贝出来之后格盘重新安装了系统，安装了最新版的BIOS（版本F.35-11/04/2020）。

3、因为重新安装了系统，于是到惠普官网登陆账号选择设备之后，在出现的驱动页面里面把所有驱动下载了一遍，但是安装的时候基本上都会提示“The driver is not supported on this OS version(10.0.19042)”，只有BIOS和软件类的能够正常安装。

而且目前电脑开机需要强制关机再开机才能进入系统的问题仍然存在。

建议将电脑送到惠普授权的服务中心现场检测检查。
惠普的产品类型非常多，每家服务中心的服务时间，维修项目不完全相同，建议去之前先电话联系确认是否上班。
可以在惠普中国官网页面上方，选择支持→支持资源→服务网点查询查找到服务中心的地址和联系方式。

我还以为就我这样呢。我也是win10的驱动下载，然后win10安装提示版本不支持

之前 HP 电脑默认系统为 win11，重装 win10 系统后，声卡驱动一直安装失败。通过 Windows 更新 和官方下载对应 win10、win11 驱动尝试安装，都提示以上报错信息。

后续发现是使用的 win10 版本太老了，用的是 LTSC 版本。后续 Windows 官网下载 win10 最新镜像（Win10_22H2_Chinese_Simplified_x64v1.iso），重装系统后，通过 Windows 更新 自动完成了驱动安装。
