暗夜精灵8pro清灰换硅脂后显卡风扇在自动模式转下不转

暗夜精灵8pro i7-12700+3070Ti 版

今天拆开后盖清灰换硅脂，装回去第一次开机的时候屏幕不亮，强制重启，第二次显示CMOS验证错误，CMOS将重置为默认值并重新启动系统，然后右边的显卡风扇就不转，在OMWN Gaming Hub中手动设置风扇转速时，右侧风扇可以转动，但是设置为自动模式时，风扇不转，以前自动模式不会出现风扇不转的问题。只有当自动模式风扇超过2100转时，右侧风扇才会转动。

系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

powershell

按键盘ctrl+shift+回车

或者按键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

*****命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试*****

在命令行窗口中复制粘贴下面命令回车

(gwmi MS_SystemInformation -namespace root\wmi).SystemSKU | out-file \hpinfo.txt -force -append;`

Confirm-SecureBootUEFI | out-file \hpinfo.txt -force -append;`

gwmi win32_VideoController | select caption,DriverVersion | out-file \hpinfo.txt -force -append;`

(gwmi Win32_PNPEntity | Where-Object{$_.ConfigManagerErrorCode -ne 0}) | select caption,deviceID | out-file \hpinfo.txt -force -append;`

service hp* | out-file \hpinfo.txt -force -append;`

(Get-AppxPackage | where-object{$_.name -like "*omen*"}) | select name,version | out-file \hpinfo.txt -force -append

打开c:\hpinfo.txt将文件内容全选(ctrl+A)复制(ctrl+c)粘贴(ctrl+v)出来，之后c:\hpinfo.txt可以删除。

*****如果红字报错或没有文件，确认是以管理员身份运行了powershell*****

按照链接中的方法卸载了OMEN Gaming Hub之后重新安装，但是问题任然没有解决，风扇在自动模式2100转及以下仍然不转

BIOS有F.13版本更新

升级完还一样的话，建议求助就近服务中心

已经手动安装1.3版本BIOS，右侧风扇仍然在2100转以下不工作
