显卡老是在偷懒

我一开始买着机器出现音爆，客服跟我一起解决了，是驱动的问题。但是打游戏老是卡成ppt。客服说是显卡的问题，他老是偷懒没有使用。然后我就按照他教我的Win+v。是，是很好用，但是为什么隔三岔五就又偷懒？？？，又得我再来一次Win+v（打游戏的时候发现的，因为又卡成PPT了，Win+v之后再打就不卡了）！！！电脑有什么问题吗？

系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

powershell

按键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试

在命令行窗口中复制粘贴下面命令回车
