玩游戏帧数不稳定

暗影精灵9，玩游戏帧数不稳定，帧数波动频繁，显卡频率以及功耗也波动频繁，电脑重启几次后玩游戏帧数就稳定，显卡频率也能稳定在最高，每天都会出现这种情况，请问如何解决？系统更新、BIOS更新、更换显卡驱动版本、电源高性能、狂暴模式都尝试过，没有效果。

系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

powershell

按住键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试

在命令行窗口中复制粘贴下面命令回车

如果红字报错或没有文件，确认是以管理员身份运行了powershell
