暗影精灵9 13500hx版本，首发买回时打游戏温度还正常，狂暴模式高画质下，温度在75-88度之间，基本没上过90度，平衡模式高画质也才在67-77度左右，但大概在买回俩个星期左右，有次为了看下光追效果，开了光追后，温度飙到93-100度，之后把光追关了温度也降不下来，即使之后打游戏没再开过光追，狂暴模式下无论是高画质还是低画质，温度依然在93-100度，平衡模式高低画质也都在80度以上，温度再也降不下来了。前天刚重置电脑，想着把所有内容都删了重新弄下温度应该会降点，然后玩下gta5和战地测试下温度，gta5，狂暴和平衡模式下无论高低画质都在91-100，而且27秒内就掉帧了三次，从180左右掉到120左右，战地5和2042，狂暴模式高低画质都在93-100度，平衡模式高低画质还好点，在80度以上。但是日常使用，比如看视频温度也才在50度左右，只是一到打游戏温度立马飙升到93-100度，怎么也降不下来了，这该怎么办。

暗影精灵9今年3月份上市，买回来那时气温还较低，内部散热器还能将CPU、GPU温度保持在正常游戏需要的温度，现在气温升高了，笔记本工作的环境温度也高，散热器力不从心了。

楼主如果有条件的话，将室内空调温度开到买回笔记本那时的环境温度，应该又可以打笔记本刚买回时的游戏。

如果模拟到笔记本刚买回来的环境温度还是不能打那时的游戏，可以肯定地说：散热器性能下降惑出风腮片有积灰堵塞了。

关键当时是4月21日买的，然后隔了俩个星期左右开了光追，就变成这样了，应该也不会那么快吧

我刚买回时平衡模式，温度也跟你的差不多，但自从那次开了光追导致温度飙升后，就再也降不下来了。也不知道是怎么回事，是不是这电脑有温度记忆功能呢，一打游戏温度就瞬间飙升，连进游戏过程和加载游戏画面也是这么高

我这个好像本来就是31.0.15.3598，而且它也不能降级，那个怎么降级呢，也找不到你发的那个376.33版本的

那个我怕卸载错了，就没弄惠普版本，依然是用公版，下载了531.79的版本，之前版本是535，但是安装完这些后，温度依旧没什么变化，反而GTA5帧率大幅度下降，原来能有170多，现在只显示100多，温度还是一样高，而且切换平衡模式玩，温度和帧率依然保持不变。守望先锋2也是狂暴模式和平衡模式切换温度和帧率不变，都是跟原来温度差不多

战地系列狂暴模式温度依旧不变，但是平衡模式温度比之前高了些，原来切换平衡模式温度在80-85度之间，但是重新降级后，平衡模式温度反而在82度以上了，有些时候还会跳到90度以上。

日常使用看视频，上网页温度依旧在45，50度左右.

用DDU清除显卡驱动，然后换惠普版本528.78

换了惠普版本还是没有改善，建议工作日找微信服务人工服务一对一，看他们找台实物机器对比看看

楼主：驱动也更换了，CPU温度仍然没有降低，只能怀疑硬件问题了：散热器热管真空度下降导致散热效率降低了，走售后检测吧！

惠普版本，所有游戏狂暴模式温度依旧保持不变，平衡模式之前的GTA5和守望先锋2，温度会有所下降，但不过跟其他游戏，温度依旧在80度以上，没能恢复以前70多度，只是调低画质帧率会上升，但温度依旧不变。这只能去找售后服务看下了，感谢回答。
