就是基准频率，低于基准频率才是低

不是，如果当前机器什么都没有运行，以基准频率运行才是正常的。

如果什么都没运行，CPU一直保持高频率，才不正常，高频率费电，发热。

平常使用没有什么问题，但打游戏时频率最高也只有3.8，之前都有4以上，low帧比之前低。这个情况怎么解决，是睿频没有开启吗

按住键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试

在命令行窗口中复制粘贴下面命令回车
