自从更新了几次来自惠普官网的BIOS驱动程序之后，我发现CPU的性能越来越保守。从F.05及之前的版本CPU的性能发挥正常，游戏很流畅，但从F.06开始，CPU性能开始被限制。我在使用一些安卓模拟器，以及《消逝的光芒》《泰坦陨落》《PUBG》等大型游戏中CPU的性能表现不及预期，甚至比之前更加卡顿。到8月末推出的F.10更是进一步限制了CPU性能。我在运行一些游戏和模拟器时发现功耗没有之前高，同时性能下降许多。在《原神》中，解锁帧率限制后，F.06版本下CPU功耗最高可以做到45W-50W，但帧率非常稳定（设定上限120FPS）。但F.10版本中只有25-32W，性能大幅下降，部分场景只有80FPS。其他游戏，包括一些依赖CPU处理的程序也是如此。AIDA64稳定性测试中，FPU压力测试下CPU功耗只有50-60W，而之前的版本可以达到80W以上。我不知道这是什么原因，但是我尝试了重装系统，重装OGH，重新安装SDK，更新其他的驱动程序都无法解决CPU性能的问题。希望负责BIOS的程序员或工程师能尽快解决这个问题。如果无法解决，能否提供F.06版本的BIOS实现版本回退。

按经验，第一点是用最新BIOS

第二就是不要用最新独显驱动

按住键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试

在命令行窗口中复制粘贴下面命令回车

然后

AMD驱动升级31.0.14003.34002版本

这个问题HP的中端机型一直都有，是OGH的锅，退货换了台拯救者就解决了
