在更新了所有，包括bios，windows，英伟达驱动程序之后，在游玩2077，APEX,THE FINALS 等等游戏时，在刚进入游戏的过程中显卡占用率始终保持在90左右，但是过了5分钟左右显卡占用率突然开始下降至60左右，帧数从一开始的230左右暴跌至120左右，在人多的地方甚至会在70帧左右。笔记本为8月初购买的暗夜精灵9slim 4070 版本，每天都关机。

系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

powershell

按住键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试

在命令行窗口中复制粘贴下面命令回车
