玩游戏的时候刚开始能达到100+的帧数，过十几秒后就会突然降到20-60帧作左右

我刚开始使用这台电脑时，明明配置达到要求但是玩一些游戏会很卡，后面过一段时间就没有出现这种情况，直到最近我更新了一番显卡的驱动程序，游玩《THE FINALS》这款游戏的时候，再次出现这种状况，尽管调到最低画质也是30-70帧跳动，但在此之前我游玩这款游戏是非常流畅的，网上找了一圈没找到原因

以下是这款游戏的系统需求：

最低配置:

操作系统: Windows 10 or later 64-bit (latest update)
处理器: Intel Core i5-6600K or AMD Ryzen R5 1600 processor
内存: 12 GB RAM
显卡: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 580
DirectX 版本: 12

推荐配置:

操作系统: Windows 10 or later 64-bit (latest update)
处理器: Intel Core i5-9600K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor
内存: 16 GB RAM
显卡: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 or AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
DirectX 版本: 12

而我电脑是RTX3050 Ti Laptop版，我不能理解为什么最低画质还是不能跑满60帧，值得一提的是我在打开游戏的同时打开任务管理器，发现我的GPU占用率竟然连50都没有达到，希望有人能解决我的问题

伴随着异常出现，有没有明显发热异常，风扇异常

有自己加SSD，游戏文件放置在D盘，游戏时温度约70-85，游戏时无发现风扇有异常
