<P>17-w000tx的机器用的是一个bios&nbsp;程序，所以之前能升级目前升级也应该不存在问题，您这边升级的时候如果在重启，出现进度的时候卡住了，我的建议最好是带机器到现场&nbsp;，让现场工程师给您看看。或者关注惠普服务，工程师带您一起操作一次，确认操作步骤和方法。</P><P>同时升级bios&nbsp;其实是有风险的。升级的时候务必注意备份数据，插好电源。</P><P>另外，升级之前也可以清一下CMOS看看，关机断电拔掉电源，按住win+v+power
