17的，同事买的G5 15的没有这个问题，我的就有。折腾了许久，如果照我发的链接解决了，声卡软件一直报错，不能使用。最后的办法是，驱动用最新的，然后在intel智音技术那个手动照链接里面的教程把驱动更新到了去年G4 2017版的驱动，现在声音正常了，声卡软件也可以使用了。但是设备管理器里面依旧有这个OED黄色感叹号，代码10无法启动。</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>若大的HP都没有办法彻底解决这个问题吗？百度一搜索全是HP的机型出现的，说明HP的机型是最多的，我卖的微星电脑从来没有这种问题，用HP的就有。。。。。难受。期待早日更新驱动解决。</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>系统是1903,1809里面也有这个问题。不过靠自己技术和搜索解决了，希望给困扰的用户一点儿帮助。这个估计需要intel和微软出驱动匹配来解决的。
