您好！按照你发的文件参考，我买了一根镁光3400 2T的M.2固态硬盘（买的固态支持PCI-e 3.0与PCI-e 4.0传输模式）,安装在第一M.2插槽，以及第二插槽，测试：读取速度只3035MB/s，写入速度只2850MB/s。请问是不是发的连接文件与zbook fury 15.6 inch G8不相符啊？电脑城的朋友用AIDA64-Extreme检测,发现硬盘都挂载在南桥: Intel Tiger Point WM590上。请问这款机型的最新技术资料是否支持PCI_e 4.0速度？我的机型订货号：CND1422M0P 。烦请查查，以便其他客户作为参考，感谢！

按更新的产品手册描述来看，可以用4x4的硬盘，但速度会限制到3x4。

这是我昨天拆换的，原机自带镁光2300 256G，后换成镁光3400 2T。安装在键盘底下的插槽，请问是不是BIOS还需要进行什么设置吗？比如是否要开启PCI-e 4.0功能呢？否则，就是默认的3.0传输模式？

我估计欢哥应该不会成功，我这两天也在琢磨上SSD，原配是EX900 1T。

虽然楼上几位专业提供了PDF，但我的理解是这样：

1、对于WM590来说，只原生支持PCIe NVMe Gen3界面，不支持Gen4界面，除非HP自己桥接了Gen4芯片。

2、对于PDF提到的有几款超过7000m/ms的硬盘，我的理解是那是支持列表，证明G8主板可以使用Gen4.0界面的硬盘，但速度仍然是受Gen3.0限制的，也就是3500m/ms。

3、所以对G8来说，其主板可以兼容3.0和4.0的硬盘，但无论是硬盘本身的规格是多少，他只能发挥3.0的效能，所以没太必要纠结高速硬盘，只要速度达到3500m/ms以上就行了，再快就是浪费。

不知道上述理解正不正确？也请HP的专家出来确认一下。

我是2021年10月买的15 fury G8，平时不逛这里所以现在才发上来。

keyboard下面980Pro 1T 实测出来是 3.0的速度，无法上到4.0速度.

也就是说可以支持4.0但还是3.0速度

这一点感觉HP有点误导消费者！哪个4.0ssd 不能向下兼容3.0主板？我就是奔着看到支持4.0买的三星980pro。手册说清楚读写只能3.0我就买 970的 ssd了，当时这两SSD差价一两百美金了！
