      <description>&lt;P&gt;我觉得我们这里的惠普接修处很不负责任，售后的应该检测电脑CPU后，再做决定。我的笔记本是i5七代的CPU，今天翻看随机说明我才知道，已经不能安装win7了。在我拿电脑去装win7的时候就应该告知我，我这个电脑不能安装win7，即使装上了也没有官方驱动可用，就可能会出现蓝屏或者其他可能损坏电脑的情况。可我们这里接修处不仅口头告知都没有，更别指望书面告知了，这是我用电脑这么多年来最差的售后体验。&lt;/P&gt;</description>
