您好

注：复位前需要保存设备上所有信息，包括字库，ip地址等。

方法：

进入服务（科技）模式
1）按“菜单”，“#”、“1”、“0”、“0”、“4”、“3”、“6”、“1”、“6”、“菜单”序列
2）当“技术菜单”显示时，按OK按钮。
3）进入菜单，依次为：菜单地图–技术模式–服务功能，清除所有的记忆。
4）选择国家“中国”，屏幕上显示：“清晰的记忆” 打印机开始初始化，然后完成，显示：“成功需要重新启动”，打印机将打印配置页
5）约1分半钟。自动打印机语言为简体中文

请参考：

Entering the service(tech) mode
1) Press “Menu”, “#”, “1”, “0”, “0”, “4”, “3”, “6”, “1”, “6”, “Menu” in sequence
2) When “Tech Menu” is displayed, press OK button
3) Enter the menu, In turn: Menu Map –Tech mode – service function-Clear All Mem.
4)select country “China”，screen display :”clear memory”
The Printer start initialize .then finished, display :”Successful Reboot is Required”, the printer will print out a Configuration page
5) About 1 minute and a half. Automatic printer language into simplified Chinese
