<P>个人总结过程：</P><P>问题：打印机本身技能正常，连接smart程序后无法进入高级设置，无法更新固体，偶尔出现打印机脱机状态。</P><P>解决方案：忽略smart程序，卸载都行。使用老版本IE核心的浏览器（win11自带的edge无法进入），输入打印机ip即可进入高级设置并更新即可，如遇到打印机脱机，卸载win里面的对应打印机，重新安装即可。尽量别碰打印机本身，问题大概率不是那。</P><P>吐槽：惠普这样的老牌公司制作的smart程序无论手机端还是pc端都做的是垃圾无比，无论是配置打印机还是连接设置都存在巨大问题，居然连登录都经常登录不上，完全跟不上主流平台和网络条件更新。建议大家直接忽略这个程序，微信的小程序都比这个好用。</P><P>希望能帮到遇到同样问题的朋友。</P>
