Can't recognize printer after upgraded to Win 10

Can't recognize printer after upgraded to Win 10. Started with online dowload in HP homepage, dowloaded all software successfully, recognized the printer IP address but going to the last step when I select the printer and click finish, nothing message for confirm completed and no printer select n the panel list. Tried several times for uninstall & install again got same result, is it Win 10 cannot support the printer? I tried fall back to Win 7, can found the printer but while upgrade to Win10 again, still failed to found the printer.

This product is supported in Windows10. Please try again install the driver. And you can provide the screenshot if the installation is still failed.

對於這個情況，首先OJ4650是支持Windows 10的，這個系打印機driver的下載鏈接：http://support.hp.com/hk-zh/drivers/selfservice/HP-OfficeJet-4650-All-in-One-Printer-series/5447930/model/5447931 ，而對於安裝時找不到打印機，這個不排除會跟網絡環境有關，首先可以在打印機上確認打印機的Wifi連接是否正常，電腦連接的網絡是否跟打印機連接同一個網絡。如何確認，可以先查看打印機的IP address ，然後打開IE，在輸入網址位置，輸入IP address，如果可以瀏覽到打印機 OJ4650的網頁，看到墨水量，打印機其他狀況。證明打印機和電腦連接的同一個網絡，如果提示無法顯示網頁或者搜索出IP address 的網頁，則證明打印機和電腦網絡不是同一個網絡，可建議聯絡網絡供應商檢查網絡情況。如確認同一個網絡後，可以下載打印機的driver，然後嘗試安裝（安裝前，請確認舊driver已經移除）。解決過程如有出現特殊情況，建議可聯絡當地的技術支援熱線，謝謝。

對於安裝時找到打印機，但安裝時提示錯誤，這個不排除軟件上造成了衝突，導致無法安裝，對於這個情況，建議可以嘗試將Print Spooler重新啟動，對著桌面上的icon-本機右擊，然後選擇電腦管理，電腦管理右邊有個服務，服務裡面一直選擇到print spooler，將print spooler重新啟動，然後再嘗試重新安裝，如果依然無法安裝，建議穩電腦的技術人員檢查下電腦。由於電腦無法安裝打印機的driver，這裡有個替代driver打印的方法，可以參考附件，替代driver時如有其它問題，可以致電當地的技術支援熱線。如有后续再有问题不要回复系统邮件，请在这个帖子里追问，謝謝
