HP solution center cannot detect HP devices for Deskjet F 4185

Hi,

I reinstall HP Deskjet All-in-One F4185 driver in my Window Vista 32 bit service pack 2.

In the msconfig window and under its startup panel, I only see hpqtra08.exe and I don't see hpqste08.exe running.

I cannot start my HP solution center to run the scanner. I
got this error message like this : "Cannot detect HP. HP solution center will be closed."

I keep reinstalling the driver by getting the latest driver software from HP's site and from the original CD.

But it still does not work.

你好，正不排除driver出現問題，無法識別到打印機，建議可以在裝置管理員查看一下，影相裝置是否有識別到F4185 scan。

進入裝置管理員方法：對著桌面的本機ICON右擊-然後選擇管理-選擇左邊電腦管理裡面的裝置管理員-然後選擇影相裝置。

1.如果有，可以將F4185移除，然後重新啟動電腦。

2.如果沒有，可以參考一下鏈接的方法：

The computer has detected the scanner. But the HP solution center which is the driver cannot detect the scanner.

I reinstall the HP driver, but I still see the same error message.

你好，如果這個情況，有好大可能系driver和電腦程式衝突了，導致HP Driver無法找到掃描器，建議可以使用第三方掃描軟件，電腦程式小畫家掃描。

1.選擇小畫家-左上角向下三角形-從掃描器或相機-然後嘗試掃描

PS:小畫家掃描後只能儲存為圖片格式，無法儲存為PDF文檔格式，請知悉，謝謝
