officejet pro 6970 wont print

print job cancel automatically when printing pdf, doc , xls , ppt files....

tried on both usb/ wireless connection, reinstall driver/update driver/ restart spooler but still wont print.

HP 诊断工具 helpless.

你好，這個通常系電腦上一些程式和印表機列印程式和衝突了，導致無法列印。

建議可以新增替代的driver然後嘗試列印，新增替代driver步驟可以參考附件。謝謝

Open the device and printer - add a printer - I need not listed - manually add - select the correct port (such as USB) - next - vendor hp-- model hp deskjet 6940 is ok .

IF test print to windows test page ok you will print word test .ths

你好，還是不能的意思系列印時依然提示列印錯誤還是有其他錯誤呢？

1.如果新增了替代driver依然提示列印錯誤，這個可以在嘗試清除下電腦的列印工作，然後重新啟動打印機，再嘗試列印

PS:清除電腦列印工作的步驟可以參考附件

2.如果系其他錯誤，請確認新增替代driver時的操作是否正確，或者可以資訊翻電話技術支援，28024098然後按1再按2

nth inside printer, job cancel on every print

If the prot selection in the printer drive property is correct, and the HP deskjet 6940 has been successfully installed, it is still not possible to print.
