USB port can't detect external hard disk and mobile phone

My notebook computer have 3 USB port (1 x USB 2.0 and 2 x USB 3.0)

1. All USB ports cannot detect sony mobile phone?

2. in USB 3.0 ports cannot detect external hard disk but in USB 2.0 port can detect external hand disk (Buffalo USB 3.0 external hard disk)

1.Please install chipset driver

Is it install chipset driver and then update BIOS. Any procedure on update BIOS. thanks.

After install the driver and update the BIOS still can't detect mobile phone and external hard disk.

By used USB in UEFI test have following test result:

the Version is :6.3.0.0

1. For mobile phone: all usb ports have been passed but window still can't detect it. after check hardware, it found MTP device driver problem. details refer to attached images.

2. For external hard disk in UEFI test all usb ports have been shown error code : 9GBXHL-88A8HL-MFPX7F-8D2V03. but in widow USB 2.0 port can detect the hard disk and noraml at usb 2.0 data rate.

for mobile phone, call mobile phone support, should have settings to change MTP to other connection mode.

for mobile HDD, take both unit and HDD to service center for inspection. or if any other USB 3.0 flash drive/HDD working fine?
