      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a 13" HP Spectre X360 on Sep 3, 2017, the Notebook was working fine until Sep 13, 2017,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the system installed updates automatically at the background, then asked me to reboot the system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the reboot, the screen was black with cursor. I had to restore the system to the point before&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the update installed so that I could use the Notebook again. However, the system keeps on doing the update&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;every day and the black screen problem repeats again, this is very annoying. I called Microsoft hotline&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and they did a remote diagnostics to my Notebook and said this was HP problem and told me to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;contact HP for support. Microsoft helped me to disable the auto update tempoarily and asks me to wait for&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;HP's fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>復原後☞再update返2017/9/15 KB4038788就可以解決</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you could follow below step to fix black screen issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P align="left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Step 1: &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Boot the system, observe black screen with mouse cursor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Press CRTL+ ALT+ DEL, launch Task Manager&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Go to "Service" tab, right click on "AppReadiness" then click "Stop"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 2:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.
