Envy 5020 printer cannot be connected to computer by wireless

I have just bought the printer and was making its set-up. I have downloaded the relevant softwares at 123.HP.com. Installation was fine. Printer could print the TEST PAGE and made adustment accordingly.

I could also connected the printer to my router. When I use the "HP ENVY 5000 series", my computer can locate the printer through the network. As instructed, I selected (highlighted) the printer and press "continue". The computer ran for a few minutes and said connection failed. I tried several times and resulted the same. However, I could use my mobile to print with that printer.

Anybody can give me suggestions?

After the above post, I shutdown the printer (I have rebooted my computer during the failed connections) and restarted it. Then, it was connected to my computer.
Anyway, I would still like to know the reason.

您好，這個情況通常會跟網絡環境有關，由於電腦和打印機的通訊出現問題，所以電腦和打印機無法連接。

而手機和打印機通訊正常，所以可以連接成功並可以打印。

當將電腦或打印機重新啟動，則電腦或打印機會重新連接到router，會令到電腦和打印機通訊正常。
