Then why my model not supported? How can I fully recover my system if my SSD is erased or replaced?

Thanks Ta0, I know the ms tool to create a win10 install media but I don't want a plain fresh os install.

the os pre installed with HP drivers and tools is what I need.

You can type your P/N after the products No box。the tool will tell you it can be support or not。if it cant be support you can contact the maintenance station for help。
