1)   I  tried to install     "HP Support Assistant 应用程序"   It showed I missed  "Microsoft .net framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)"   2) I downloaded  "Microsoft .net framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)" tried to install.   I showed "Microsoft .net framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)" not support on my Windows 7 (32 - bit)   How can I solve this?

本机开机 提示输入 win7 序列号  说是参考包装盒。 问题是包装盒没有保存。 有什么方法 知道我这台机的 号码呢？   还有就是跳过这个步骤 后续很多问题都是注册问题。
