在维修处,进行了单内存条的测试。实际上还是会出现该问题。 除了critical process died蓝屏,有时会出现unexpected store exception 蓝屏。 出现该问题时,电脑一般温度较高。 而且,在设置系统失败取消自动重新启动后。蓝屏界面就会一直卡在百分之0,无法收集dump文件。

什么操作也没做,有时候就打开个网页也会。就加装了同一个牌子的内存条

critical process died蓝屏错误,蓝屏一闪而过,立马自动重启。硬盘检测无故障,已经进行了重装系统,还是会出现上述问题。

去金牌客服维修了一下,他给我重装了系统,也检查硬盘了,硬盘没问题。现在笔记本会出现critical process died这个蓝屏错误,而且直接秒重启(就是蓝屏之后,电脑一闪就重启了),无法获取minidump文件。
