应该是小问题蓝屏,只是反馈给工程师而已,可能是驱动问题,我没有使用过任何第三方的驱动工具,确保驱动都是原版官方的,而且没有运行什么大型程序,就是正常谷歌浏览器上网突然报错。不过恢复也很快,从蓝屏创建日志到重启再进入系统没超过1分钟,还好我及时记下了代码thread stuck in device driver 日志如下 —————————————————————— 日志名称: Sys...

试过了,BIOS里仍然无法使用; 感觉应该是硬件排线的故障,因为搜了下别的品牌有维修站的修理记录表示触控板的触摸部分和按钮部分排线是分开的,所以有概率是只坏其中之一的,但是看帖子来说是触摸的排线坏的多,我这个是按钮的排线坏了,很奇怪

很久没有用笔记本自带的触摸板,因为平时都是外接鼠标,也勾选了使用外置鼠标时禁用触摸板。 最近开始使用的时候发现触摸移动等功能均正常,但是按下触摸板不能触发左键或右键的指令。从来没更新过驱动(除了BIOS)也没重装过系统,驱动都是出厂原装的。设备管理器没有感叹号,WIN10里的触控设置全部都正常,暂时可以改为两个手指头触碰代表鼠标右键。想继续使用按压打开左右键的功能,这个感觉属于硬件故障了,需要...
