We already know what you said, and it's not what we said. Again, don't need to say anything if you don't know the problem.     The newest Bios Version is "U82 ver 01. 01.12 from 2022/07/01" and NOT the one you said "sp140126.exe".   The problem is with the installation and drivers of Fibocom L860-GL, Intel XMM 7560 LTE-A Pro (Cat16) and NOT XMM 7560 R+ LTE-Advanced Pro (Cat16).  

You don't need to say anything if you know nothing   I already contacted several official hp support centers in USA and China. they don't know the issue yet too also they have no idea about these new parts.

My laptop is also EliteBook 865 G9 (16"/6850HS/32GB/2TB)   I also have a similar problem in adding WWAN Card to my laptop.   Do you have any idea where we can buy this card?   What's the difference between XMM 7560 and XMM 7560R+?   I installed the Fibocom L860-GL "XMM 7560 LTE-A Pro) to may laptop, and it was ok for a month, but after upgrading the BIOS it only appeared after installing the driver "HP XMM7560 WWAN Driver 2.6.32.215". But after restart it's getting deactivated and keep saying "Firmware Update", "Configuring Mobile broadband, Please do not Shut down the computer".   Do you know how to solve this problem?   Sincerely Dr. Arya Farjand
