不知从何时开始我突然发现玩游戏时显卡的功耗过低我买的是暗影精灵7 3060 115w功耗版本但现在玩游戏时通过监控软件发现显卡功耗只在刚打开游戏时有115w 很快功耗会迅速降低到80w甚至70多瓦（我开的是狂暴模式）这是刚打开时的功耗注意右上是115w 一分钟后就只有80瓦左右

电池充电慢，插上电后电脑运行速度慢，单纯只是适配器的问题吗？

插上电（电源已插紧）后电脑变得卡顿 cpu只有0.2ghz 不插电电脑变得正常 cpu频率正常
