- 打开c:\hpinfo.txt将文件内容全选(ctrl+A)复制(ctrl+c)粘贴(ctrl+v)出来发帖回复，之后c:\hpinfo.txt可以删除。

恢复一次BIOS默认值
开机/重启按F10进入BIOS
按F9并同意恢复默认设置
按F10保存退出BIOS
切换显卡模式，才能看到核显驱动版本
独显驱动版本不要用太高的，做清洁安装，换hp的版本32.0.15.5594测试

再重新打开一下Omen APP看是否正常
还是一样的话，建议找微信服务，要找同款机器对比看看还有什么差异
