HP probook 4310s 能升级到win10吗？

如题。内存已增加到了4G，用360升级时检测显示兼容性通不过

升级Windows10无需用360，用微软自己的更新或工具就行了。

不用360升级我知道可以。主要是担心确实有硬件不兼容，升级失败或升完级启动不了。另外老本本运行win10会不会很慢啊？

个人体验：老机器跑win10比win7更流畅，毕竟win7已经是6年前的产品了。

但是从稳定性和兼容性来讲，win10不如win7&8。

至于能否顺利升级，我觉得完全可以，我一台2009年购买的笔记本弃用很久了，本来都打算扔掉的，装了win10却发现非常流畅，驱动全部自认，获得了新生的感觉。

感谢楼上各位的回复。经过我用微软官方升级文件真实验证，HP4310s升不了win10，硬件不兼容。微软的升级软件也真是蠢，下载2个多G的安装文件，然后才判断 能否升级，不是浪费资源吗

另外HP这款机器的质量也真心不怎么样，我另一台联想的SL400，2009年买的，比它早，升级成功了，现在用着很顺畅。HP这款倒好，2011年的机器，用了不到两年，电池就挂了，偶尔还会内存有问题，得拆开后盖重新插拔一下。现在每次启动电脑到一半都会掉电一两次，然后得再重新开机，等机器烧热了才能稳定。有时候用着用着也突然掉电，恨啊！单位统一采购同一批这个型号的本子，这几个问题普遍都有。晕！

我也有e8200， i5一代的两台笔记本升级win 10成功。

我好奇的是哪一项不兼容不能升级？

机器配的是奔腾/赛扬的处理器？

BIOS有设置没打开？

下载并安装这个程序

安装好后以系统管理员身份打开命令提示行，转到目录

C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\BIOS Configuration Utility

然后运行

C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\BIOS Configuration Utility> BiosConfigUtility /get:1.txt.

然后打开C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\BIOS Configuration Utility\1.txt

把里面的内容贴出来我就知道您现在BIOS的设置具体是怎么样的。

碰到过两种情况无法升级：

1、加装内存

2、cpu睿频（或超频）

解决方法是拆掉非原配的内存，升级bios或关闭睿频。

至于质量问题，有同感，今年五月买的惠普笔记本，不到两个月，usb口全部报废，去售后换主板。巧合的是，同事比我早几天购买的笔记本也出现这个问题。客观的说，惠普售后、论坛支持、响应速度还是不错的，但他的生产用料、设计和品控环节令人不太放心。
