本本升级WIN10 后指纹识别锁没有了

前一段时间把本本升级到WIN10后 指纹识别锁就没有了，在Client Security中就显示未连接指纹识别器。

在设备管理器中也找不到指纹识别的驱动    但是我在官网上已经下过安装了，但是还是不行。 帮帮忙 谢谢

重置BIOS试一下

开机点击F10，进入BIOS后选择restore defaults，然后选择YES，save change and exits，再次选择YES，电脑会重启，重启进入设备管理器看下

升级到win10后，指纹驱动和安全软件2个都需要重新安装一下

安装好后
打开文件资源管理器转到目录
C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\BIOS Configuration Utility

文件资源管理器左上角
文件-打开命令提示符-一管理员身份打开命令提示符

 
然后运行BiosConfigUtility空格/get:1.txt
画面显示如：
C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\BIOS Configuration Utility> BiosConfigUtility /get:1.txt
 
然后打开C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\BIOS Configuration Utility文件夹里的1.txt
把内容全部贴出来回复我看看。

这个机器不是单台销售的，是一批采购的。确认之前能用指纹？
