1、问题描述

当按下快捷键f3/f4调节调度，或按下快捷键f8调节麦克风，或按下快捷键f1调节屏幕属性时，出现错误

1. Problem Description

An error occurs when pressing the F3/F4 keys to adjust brightness, the F8 key to adjust the microphone, or the F1 key to adjust screen properties.

2、错误内容

电脑对快捷键不反应，并弹出“HP Hotkey Support”弹窗，却不显示任何内容

2. Error Message

The computer does not respond to the function keys and displays an 'HP Hotkey Support' popup window, but it does not show any content.

3、已尝试但无效解决方案：

1）更新快捷键驱动（已更新至最新）

2）更新显卡驱动

3）下载windows＆HP的最新版本加量更新

均无效

3. Tried and Ineffective Solutions:

1. Updated the hotkey driver (already updated to the latest version).

2. Updated the graphics card driver.

3. Downloaded the latest Windows and HP cumulative updates.

None of these solutions worked.
