windows hello fingerprint and facial recognition

Recently, I've bought hp mt45 from a shop in China and now I'm living outside China. Unfortunately the windows hello fingerprint and facial sign in isn't working. It shows " we couldn't find fingerprint scanner/ camera compatible with windows hello fingerprint/ camera". I told the seller, he said that it is a driver problem, and I have to solve it by myself. Can someone guide me to install suitable drivers to solve this problem?
