(If the copy function is normal) First use the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows to repair it

Then operate in sequence:

1. Check whether the driver is installed completely (i.e., Start Menu - All Programs - Hewlett Packard - Hp xxx (XXX is the digital part of the printer model). After expansion, there should be a scan

If the scanning software is not installed, please uninstall the existing driver from the Add/Remove program and rerun the CD installation;

2. Check whether other imaging devices are connected to the back of the computer. If so, it is recommended to remove the other imaging devices before scanning and testing;

Check whether drivers for other imaging devices are installed in the computer;

Note: It is not recommended to install drivers for multiple scanners or all-in-one machines on the same computer to avoid conflicts

Replace the scanner and camera under the control panel to guide the scanning test;

It is recommended to close the firewall and antivirus software before scanning and testing;

Restart the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service test in Computer Management Services, and then under Add/Remove Programs, completely uninstall the driver. After restarting the computer, run a new CD to reinstall the driver;

It is recommended to download the latest version of the driver installation test from the website www.hp.com.cn;

Redo the operating system or replace the computer to install the driver before testing;
