Please open Control Panel - Devices and Printers - find the printer icon on your computer.
Right click on it - Printer Properties - Port.
Find the port marked with a √ earlier and send me a picture to confirm the issue. Thank you.

这款打印机绝对是有缺陷问题，新买的时候没问题，一过保质期就马上出现这个问题，同样型号同样的问题。
