I have called the support during office hour (Sat, ~1145hrs) at 28024098 a few times. But no one answered and just gave recorded message of business hours. I kept repeating the recorded message to confirm Sat 1145hrs should be office hour on Sat. Am I correct? If this is correct, please take this as a written complaint to your "good" service. And I will cancel my outstanding order of HP computer product.
