I noticed that a process "HP touchpoint analytics installer" is running on my laptop and installing something without my permission. What's more, It causes high resources-occupation of CPU (now it's almost 100%)and has a large influence. I can't use my Chinese input method now and some of HP softwares can't be open. Of course the high CPU occupation influences most. I wonder what is this software and where it will be used. I searched for it and found that recently a lot of PC has been installed such thing unwittingly, and seems it will collect people's personal information and send it onto the cloud. How to end it? Is HP spying on my privacy? Ignoring costumers' rights??
