I bought this envy printer 2 months ago, but still can’t use it because there are some problem of the Ink. I have been asking for help from hp technical and cusomter service through phone call twice, they keep ask me to sent the invoice and pic etc. I send them all they need and i’ve got No feedback for month, that’s the awful and ridiculous after service I have never had, I’m sure I won’t use hp product anymore
