我的一台HP Z2 Mini G3 Workstation，大概有10天未开机，今天按下Power按键，发现毫无反应。我打开机壳，发现按下Power的瞬间，风扇会转动，但迅速停止。 我在HP论坛上找到了一个类似问题（https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Computer-won-t-start/td-p/6500258），其中有个回复是：   I bought my HP Z2 Mini G3 Workstation few weeks ago and  had similar problem.  Called HP, technician came and fixed it in two minutes.  He said it was tripped off due to power surge and he re-set computer.   请问有人知道如何解决power surge的问题并且重置电脑吗？不胜感激！
