Hi I just brought a HP Smart Tank 615. Everything works except it cannot scan to computer.    When I press the scan button on touch screen, it asks me to download the app from hp website, then in the app select "print, scan & fax" > "scan actions" >  "Manage scan to computer". But the problem is there is NO above options in the app.    In the app, I found there is a scan to computer setting, it says "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer."   Can anybody help? Thanks much.
