但是我硬盘正常在用。只是开机的时候显示smart检测错误，然后按回车可以正常进入桌面。

新买的暗影8plus 3080ti普通版，到手才1天，昨天看网页就突然卡死自动重启，但没有蓝屏。 今天看网页也是突然鼠标卡顿然后不动，机器卡死按键失效，然后自动重启，也没有蓝屏。 请问这是什么问题？ 待机温度50-60多度之间 也没玩游戏，就看了下网页 所有驱动在惠普管家里面更新到最新，OGH也更新到了最新。 请问要怎么解决啊？是硬件问题？
