买来没有动过系统，也没装其他优化软件。我登录了微软账号就自动开启bitlocker了，点击关闭后重启了一下，就有一个硬盘上锁了需要密钥，然后显示bitlocker依然呈开启状态，然后就无法点击关闭了，每次重启那个盘都得要密钥。

点击关闭Bitlocker,出现错误代码。

win11系统好像无法在控制面板找到“bitlocker驱动器加密”

只有一个磁盘呈上锁的状态，每次重启都要密钥，在系统设置中显示已开启bitlocker，而进行关闭却又显示未开启bitlocker。
