兄弟，我现在也是更新了BIOS，cpu gpu调度有问题，gpu频率起不来，游戏性能下降 我试了BIOS回滚，显示成功，但是BIOS版本不变，还是最新的。 想问下，老哥你当时是怎么弄的？谢谢

我进不是很需要cpu的游戏时，处理器最小5%，最大100%状态，的情况下，会优先cpu的供电（功耗？）。gpu原来可以跑满100%，现在不行了。而且cpu会持续以最大功率输出，GHz速度居高不下，导致游戏掉帧严重。原来速度是会浮动的。好像不会自适应了。这种情况是BIOS更新之后出现的。

刚刚执行了一遍这个操作还是没有改善。 我发现以cpu 100%最大状态，进游戏 地平线5（bios更新之前不怎么吃cpu的游戏），现在运行的时候cpu利用率拉得很高。 把gpu的功耗都拉底了gpu就没到100%过（原来可以到100%利用率）。 感觉好像原来cpu是有自适应睿频的（不知道具体有没有这个功能）。更新BIOS之后，cpu就呆呆得跑，啥都不管的感觉。

我打开了HP Hardware Diagnostics Windows后，看到Bios更新选项，更新了Bios版本（F.50 到 F.51)。 更新之前睿频可以接近4.5 GHz。在电池模式中，最大处理器状态99%的情况下，仍可以实现睿频，并且相比状态100%来说，可以大大降低降频几率（温度没那么高了），所以我一直都是这样设置的。我平时也会放个电扇在旁边帮忙散热，可以在游戏画面较好的情况下保证...

我打开了HP Hardware Diagnostics Windows后，看到Bios更新选项，更新了Bios版本（F.50 到 F.51)。 更新之前睿频可以接近4.5 GHz。在电池模式中，最大处理器状态99%的情况下，仍可以实现睿频，并且相比状态100%来说，可以大大降低降频几率（温度没那么高了），所以我一直都是这样设置的。我平时也会放个电扇在旁边帮忙散热，可以在游戏画面较好的情况下保证电脑流畅运行。 更新之后，最大处理器状态99%的情况下锁定在基准频率了（虽然好像大部分电脑都是这样的），主要是限制了99%状态下cpu的发挥，游戏表现下降一大截（对cpu有要求的游戏），发热确实比之前低不少，但是很影响游戏流畅度。 100%状态下，可以正常开启睿频，但是睿频最高只接近4.2GHz。并且，在开启100%的情况运行游戏时，电脑会因为发热而降频（风扇也帮不了了），导致现在怎么调整都没法达到之前的流畅度了。 搜了很多关于降Bios版本的帖子，最接近成功的一次就是关机后，WIN+B 然后按住电源键2-3秒松开，电脑显示的是正在回退，加载完之后，显示回退成功，但是开机之后仍然是F.51版本。睿频频率仍然上不去，99%仍然在基准频率。Bios页面也设置了恢复默认设置也不起作用。查了些关于AMIBios，Afudos，Afuwin之类的，没敢试。刷了几次F.51版本，没有任何帮助。。。 更新之后，Omen gaming hub里，降电压的地方检测不到cpu电压了。降电压和没更新Bios之前一样，都是-0.185，对于现在的睿频发热帮助不大。对于99%的基准频率更不用提了，我是想回到99% cpu也能睿频的状态。另外现在的睿频再打游戏的时候固定在了3.98GHz不变，温度一高就卡顿，但是频率还是固定在3.98。。。请问有大佬有招吗？ 十分感谢！ 处理器 ：Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz，2592 Mhz，6 个内核，12 个逻辑处理器。 显卡：NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 with Max-Q Design，32GB内存。
