I need help please. I am living in uk and bought a laptop in china. The laptop will not turn on. Laptop is under warranty and i sent it to hp uk support and they said the motherboard needs to be replaced but they cant source parts in the uk. They asked me to contact hp support china. I dont speak chinese and i am struggling. I dont have access to wechat either. Can anyone help please i would really appreciate. thanks
