Hi, as I just want to use the Scan function of the printer, how could I make some setup to ignore the error, and get the printer ready for scan function?  Thx
Hi, after replacing the new Black Ink Cartridge, the same problem still occurred.  I have checked and there is no objects in the printer, or along the path.  Any other help?  Thanks.
