Dear HP China Support, I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent laptop purchase. I bought a laptop from HP, but it came with Windows 11 Home, which isn't suitable for me as a non-Chinese speaker. When I tried to return it, I was out of town and missed the return window. I understand mistakes happen, but I'm unhappy that the laptop was shipped with a language I don't speak, and the return policy didn't accommodate my situation. I want a laptop that operates in English, or a full refund. Please help resolve this ASAP.
