感谢楼上各位的回复。经过我用微软官方升级文件真实验证，HP4310s升不了win10，硬件不兼容。微软的升级软件也真是蠢，下载2个多G的安装文件，然后才判断 能否升级，不是浪费资源吗   另外HP这款机器的质量也真心不怎么样，我另一台联想的SL400，2009年买的，比它早，升级成功了，现在用着很顺畅。HP这款倒好，2011年的机器，用了不到两年，电池就挂了，偶尔还会内存有问题，得拆开后盖重新插拔一下。现在每次启动电脑到一半都会掉电一两次，然后得再重新开机，等机器烧热了才能稳定。有时候用着用着也突然掉电，恨啊！单位统一采购同一批这个型号的本子，这几个问题普遍都有。晕！
