By used USB in UEFI test have following test result: the Version is :6.3.0.0 1. For mobile phone: all usb ports have been passed but window still can't detect it. after check hardware, it found MTP device driver problem. details refer to attached images. 2. For external hard disk in UEFI test all usb ports have been shown error code : 9GBXHL-88A8HL-MFPX7F-8D2V03. but in widow USB 2.0 port can detect the hard disk and noraml at usb 2.0 data rate.
