HP 800 g4开机有“安全设备问题”提示，需回车才能继续。回车后左上角有两行红字提示。无法在ssd上安装win10

网上搜不到一点资料，英文的有二个帖子，也是没人回答。

When starting or restarting the computer, this error message appears: "security device problem" "There is a problem with the security device on the unit" After hitting OK, the computer continues to boot as normal. The OS and everything else loads fine, and Windows works normally. It's just that every time I start the computer, that message appears.

Error message when powering un my HP 705 G3.

THe message error is as follow,  ''There is a problem with the security device on the unit''

I update the bios to the latest version 2.14 dated from mai 2018

i cleared the cmos and restore default values on the bios settings.

Nothing seem to help.

Is there a solution?

自己解决不了。联系维修工作人员处理。要用到内部工具。

我今天刷了BIOS也出现这个问题。真烦。机子在保修内，去售后能免费修吗？

具体联系一下维修中心看看，这种情况不好判断是否是人为导致，要是在保修期内的话最好是让维修中心工程师现场判断一下。
